Over 55's real estate was established by two real estate agents Annette Brennan and Bruce Woodberry, who, collectively have about 40 years experience between them spanning two states. They wanted to create a real estate company that specifically catered to the seniors market. In forming the company, they had certain objectives that they wished to achieve. Each of which were quite simple, but all very important in establishing this innovative, niche business.
Annette says, I wanted to be able to save seniors some of the thousands of dollars involved in selling and help them pocket as much as possible. After all, we (the under 55's) have the rest of our lives to create our wealth, for seniors, their sale, and often it's their last sale, must set them up for the duration of their life
With this in mind, the core principles of the Over 55's Real Estate Group were established.
Over 55's Real Estate Group promises to take the time to explain the entire process and help with everything, from sourcing contractors and trades people, to advising on home preparation. They will assist with the paper work, conveyancer, right up to the removalist.

In other words, all the costs for selling, which are explained and agreed upon beforehand, are invoiced monthly, and often carried over until settlement, depending on your personal, financial situation. At Over 55's Real Estate we will co-ordinate professionals and help with obtaining quotes so as to prepare the home and show it in its "best light." We are able to put you in touch with proven, reliable experts to provide any maintenance required, to the hire of furniture together with stylists, painters, landscape gardeners and the like.
WHAT IS YOUR HOME WORTH?

Different agents will have a different response to this question and thus, opinions of value can vary dramatically depending on their knowledge, experience and perception of the present market conditions.
Sadly, it is all too often that an agent responds with an "off the cuff" estimate or worse, tells the owner what they want to hear in an effort to secure their business. Unfortunately, this could lead to all sorts of difficulties for the owner and the agent, and, if inaccurate, causes unnecessary financial and emotional stress.
At Over 55's Real Estate we understand the need to be thorough and responsible in our analysis of the possible value of your home. Remember, we are not "bidding" for your business when we discuss the pricing of your home. We will conduct a comprehensive Comparable Market Analysis and discuss all the research and information it contains, with you.
If necessary, and this is often a good idea when there are no family members at all to lean on, we can arrange for a fully independent licensed valuation to be conducted. This generally puts to rest any confusion over the various agents opinions of value.
DISCOUNTED CONVEYANCING
We have also sourced a list of highly experienced and competent Land Brokers/ Conveyancers/ Solicitors who provide all Over 55's Real Estate clients with a significant discount in relation to the Conveyancing and transfer costs associated with any sale.
PERSONAL LENDING MANAGER FOR EVERY HOME
A personal lending manager or loan broker will be allocated to your home from Club Financial Services. Their role will be to help qualify any potential purchasers and to help ensure that, not only do they pay the highest price but they are also provided with the best financial deal available.
