We are 82 years old and our only relative, a son, lives in the U.K. so we were very nervous about engaging a property agent to sell our house, as we planned to return to the U.K. to live out our years, in his care. We saw the Over 55’s real estate advertisement and definitely felt we would not be refused on the basis of age. More importantly, cost and trust were an anxiety to us. When we saw the fee for selling was going to be less that $4000 we thought there must be a catch. We can confirm that there is no catch and in fact, felt a little guilty about this and still have the feeling that perhaps there has been some mistake. We dealt with Bruce and, like the fee; he seemed too good to be true. We were very anxious about so many details but Bruce took the time and care to settle and solve our concerns, one after another.
