Over 55's Real Estate was established in Adelaide by a real estate agent, Bruce Woodberry, who had over over 20 years experience, spanning two states. He wanted to create a real estate company that specifically catered to the seniors market. In forming the company, he had certain objectives that he wished to achieve.
